1. Who processes your data

The data controller is “YURTAL” LLC (TIN 312142781), Tashkent, Yunusabad district, 6th block, building 15A. Data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

2. What we collect

Phone number — to register and sign in (required).
Email — if you choose to add it (optional).
Payment records — amount, date, payment system (Click or Payme) and transaction ID. We never receive or store card details.
Service data — servers, plans, IP addresses, history of actions in the panel.
Technical data — the IP address used to sign in, browser type, error logs.
Telegram — the chat ID if you connect the bot.

3. Why

creating your account and giving you access to it;
creating and managing servers;
recording payments and accounting;
notifying you about due payments and server status;
preventing abuse and fraud;
website usage statistics (Google Analytics, when enabled).

4. Where it is stored

Data and customer servers are stored in Germany, in Contabo GmbH data centers.

Only as much as needed to provide the service:

Contabo GmbH — technical data needed to create servers;
Click and Payme — to process payments;
an SMS provider — to send verification codes;
Telegram — for bot notifications;
competent authorities — where required by law.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

6. Retention

While your account is active and, after it is closed, for as long as the law (including accounting rules) requires. Data from deleted servers cannot be restored.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, close your account and have your data deleted (except data the law requires us to keep). Contact info@yurtal.io or Telegram @ctoyurtal.

8. Cookies and analytics

The website may collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

9. Changes

A new version of this policy takes effect when it is published on this page.
